Requests for a membership application must be made in writing to the General Manager. The Member requesting the application must include the following information in their letter or email:

identify Member who will act as the proposer or seconder;

relationship to the applicant;

how long he/she has known the applicant and in what capacity; and
-
background on the applicant (e.g., occupation, experiences, interests, reasons for wishing to join the Club).
Office staff have been instructed to send out application forms only after this process has been completed, and upon the approval of the Membership Committee.
